Since the beginning of 2016, I have been writing as an expert for On The Plus SideThis blog, community and forum is great based it focuses specifically on the upper plus size community. As experts, we have creative freedom and I've covered everything from my frustrations with plus size retail shopping and the #DropThePlus movement to the first time I went zip-lining and having a fat best friend

As a writer, On The Plus Side has been an amazing outlet for me and other writers who are sizes 22 and above to express the issues that we face as plus size women. We are given a safe space to share our raw experiences and what we've learned along the way. I know writing these pieces has been a healing process for me and important in my self-love journey.
But On The Plus Side is more than just an excellent community for size 22+ babes, it's also a plus size clothing brand formerly known as Making It Big with a 30+ year history of focusing on sizes 1X-8X (22-48)! With so many brands offering a plus size selection that only goes to a size 20, this size range caters specifically to a group of individuals most often left out by other retailers. I would love to see more brands take the lead from On The Plus Side and create more inclusive sizing.

For today's #StareStyle (which appears also at On The Plus Side), I got the opportunity to try out one of the brand's summer tunics, Leda. I styled it two ways: with comfy jersey leggings and sans pants completely.

White Lug Sole Clogs, Charlotte Russe (similar)

Jersey Leggings in Fantasyc/o On The Plus Side
Cheetah Print Wedges, Torrid (similar)
I love how easy breezy this tunic is and from an inclusion perspective, I love it even more knowing it's from a company that caters to women up to a size 8X.
So what do you think of these two ways to style a tunic? Leggings or no leggings? Let me know in the comments below or hit me up @readytostare on Twitter & Instagram
