FAQ

When will my order ship?

Many of Ready To Stare items are made to order so processing time takes an average of 1-2 weeks. If an item processing time is longer than that, it will be noted on the listing itself so please take note of that before purchase. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world. We ship via USPS First International Mail and as a result international orders can take between 2-4 weeks to arrive from the time of shipment.

I need something by a specific date, can you do that?

We can accommodate expedited shipping requests only on certain items and in some cases, additional fees will apply. 

What does pre-order mean?

If an item is in pre-order that means that it's currently being made and order processing time may take 3-4 weeks.

Do you take custom orders?

Custom orders for jewelry and body chains are available. At this time, we are not accepting custom orders for clothing or t-shirts. We can customize existing clothing designs such as making a skirt longer or shorter but t-shirts cannot be customized in any way. 

You're sold out of the size I need. Will you be restocking? 

This really depends on the individual item. We print our shirts in large batches so sometimes certain sizes will sell out before we are able to print more but if you send us a request about a size that you need, you will be notified when/if it restocks. 

Where are you based?

We have are located in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Tax is applied to all orders shipped to addresses in Ohio.

Can I shop in person?

Yes! We have a showroom and take appointments by request. 

Are you looking for models?

Ready to Stare works with models across our full size range: S-5X. At this time, we are only looking for models based in the Northeast Ohio area. 

Do sell wholesale?

We do! We are carried in stores across the U.S. and beyond. Contact us to learn more about our wholesale offerings. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. But we do accept exchanges within five days of receiving your package. The customer is responsible for paying shipping the item back to us and we will pay to send the new item to you. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanged items cannot have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. Please note that custom orders and vintage items are final sale and may not be exchanged.  

 Do you offer discount codes? 

The best way to stay up to date on sales and discounts is to follow us on social media and sign up for our mailing list. 

 What is your favorite Beyoncé song?

This is a tough one but we would have to say ***Flawless.
