"Ok, so my girl @readytostare has this movement going on, right? My shirt (her creation) says "I Woke Up Like Dis" and the objective is to share your personal story about why you're flawless (See Beyoncé's 'Flawless' for clarity). So here goes... When I was a little girl, I was molested by a few male family members. I've been emotionally and mentally abused. I've been choked, dragged, and my life threatened by someone I loved. I've had an abortion I passed my baby's arm a day after the procedure. My body had contractions for three days after this. I've been suicidal, felt like nothing, and wished to not wake up. I've seen some dark times and my mind often drifts to these moments.
And after all this, I'm STILL HERE. Still loving, living, and blessed immensely. My story is your story. All I do is for the pained souls out there who feel alone. You are NOT by yourself. You are beautiful and worthy and priceless. You are FLAWLESS. We woke up like this Join the movement. Grab a shirt and share your story.
Love always,
Myli My story is your story. All I do is for the pained souls out there who feel alone. You are NOT by yourself. You are beautiful and worthy and priceless. ssa"

*** Being flawless is not the absence of flaws; it's the absence of fear.
